My dog got bronchitis
My dog got bronchitis, took him to the vet. He had xrays and was prescribed antibiotics. I sent the invoice to embrace and was reimbursed in less than a week. Thank you Embrace

Unable to select provider from webpage
Using 3 different windows 11 computers as well as 3 different web browsers was not able to select my provider because the field never responded. I was able to set and save the zipcode. Ran into same behavior with my samsung phone initially, while searching for answers from laptop the providers field on the phone became available after about 5 minutes, and I was finally able to submit the claim.

Trupanion has been a lifesaver and I couldn't recommend it more.
Trupanion has been a life saver in an awful situation. Our cat Nimbus had to spend a week in the hospital, and thanks to Trupanion we were able to afford that stay and we will be able to treat what we now know is cancer and have more time with our baby. I can't express how grateful I am to have access to this insurance.

Filed 2 claims first was settled within 7 days. Second is still pending In response to review second claim was quickly settled and full anticipated amount was received! They seem to be an excellent company sometimes just a little slow to negotiate their claims.
