When I rescued my puppy someone mentioned getting trupanion. I had recently had an older dog with tons of medical problems so I knew how costly changes in your dogs health could be. I got Chako, my mutt rescue, covered as soon as I could and I’m glad I did. He developed bilateral ACL rupture which is come in active larger breeds. Thankfully my orthopedic is directly linked to trupanion and I only had to cover my deductible for his surgeries. He is now fully recovered and I couldn’t be happier! Trupanion saved me THOUSANDS
When getting a new puppy...no one anticipates any major pxroblems. We are very fortunate to have Trupanion for all the unexpected
Times. Now Tucker can have the best life possible. We wanted others to consider this too.
Were in the beginning of a very scary and unexpected health crisis with our sweet guy and the whole Trupanion team has been amazing.
Were in the beginning of a very scary and unexpected health crisis with our sweet guy, and the whole Trupanion team has been amazing. Boomer was kind and understanding and able to help me quickly with my questions on a pre-approval. Trupanion has been a Godsend in this hard time. Thank you.
Well I still have a claim open that needs to be processed and another to be submitted.
Well, I still have a claim open that needs to be processed and another to be submitted. However, the claim for my dog Shadow's surgery for the removal of two cysts, I thought it was outrageous that I was charged two sperate deductibles because they were determined to be two different types of cysts. It was one event, one surgery to remove two growths. It's basically the same as charging two separate deductibles if my dog had gotten hit by a car and broke a leg and had a punctured lung. Or quite possibly you already do that. You should reconsider this policy because I'm extremely unfair and I'm unsatisfied with the results of this claim. Prior to that I thought the claims I submitted were completed fairly.
