Easy to navigate website. All the informational you need to obtain is easy to read and locate. Monthly credit card payments. Claim payments are by check or direct deposit. Great customer service as well!

Healthy Paws is great!
Healthy Paws is great! We have used them for both of our dogs since they were puppies. They have saved us SO much money for smaller medical issues over the years. Recently, our dog had to have ACL surgery which cost $6000- Healthy Paws covered almost all of it. They also refunded us via direct deposit in 2 days. I am very pregnant, so this was very helpful to get the surgery paid off quickly. Their website is quick and easy to use. They even checked on my dog after the surgery. Would highly suggest!

Nothing’s covered. Even with Coverage.
My dogs ear infection wasn’t covered because it’s … pre-existing. Still very confused on how that can be and why I’m even paying for this insurance when there’s no coverage 🙃

Tried to file a claim after months of paying $100s of dollars and it’s been taking months for them for review the claim, no update even after many emails. My thoughts 100% scam. I even tried to email them to cancel the plan with no word after weeks.
