I just signed up with Embrace so have not had a chance to submit any claims. However, a friend of mine has been with them for many years and has been happy with their service.

Disappointed to have claim denied
Positives: easy to use website, initially competitive prices, easy to customize policies. Negatives: prices rose considerably after the first year and no longer competitive, but worse was having the claim on loss of rental income for my condo denied because the condo corporation did not fix the underlying issue promptly enough. Super frustrating to have done everything correctly on my end and be out 5 months of rent without reimbursement for something outside my control. Suffice to say all of the positives are of little use when you can't trust that claims will be paid.

Sonnet is the insurance you are looking for.
I was struggling to find insurance for my car. But the companies had high prices, and they asked for many requirements to be able to register the insurance. But upon finding Sonnet. I was very satisfied with their easy and safe way of insuring my car. As well as, excellent monthly prices. I highly recommend Sonnet.

We’ve been with Embrace for a year for our 10 yr old cat; we didn’t have a single claim. Despite this our premium jumped 150%. When I called to check why it jumped so much, I was told the underwriter determines premiums and they get WA state approval before they post the new premium. I wonder if the tactic is to just use a good quote to get customers first year, then increase premiums the following years? Note: my pet had no preexisting or any illnesses. I’m now shopping for a different company.

Graycie injested a metal object
Graycie injested a metal object. She became very sick and was in and out of the animal hospital for two days having blood work and xrays done. Embrace reviewed approved and paid for the all the procedures in a very timely fashion. I'm pleased to report that Graycie is better.
