Simple and Efficient
Adding my name as a co-policyholder with my husband was quick and easy, which gave us confidence that the process would be straightforward. Having a sick pet is already stressful, but MetLife made the experience much easier. We submitted all required documents for a claim, and it was approved within the stated timeframe.

My cat has had this insurance since we got him as a tiny kitty. We got it on a whim as our vet had a flyer he handed us. It has been the best thing for our family! Our little guy is now an old man with a new diabetes diagnosis. Trupanion has had our backs throughout the testing, medication and diet. They are available through chat even on the weekends and it is the kind of chat that gives you answers and does not continously loop you through a customer service AI bot! (Thank you Taylor!)

Excellent customer service and while the premiums do increase yearly, it’s just the cost of business. I love the ease of submitting claims and as a 10+ year customer I’ve seen their intentional efforts to implement innovative processes and resources to meet the needs of its customers.

Pumpkin is absolutely worth it!
