The whole issue is over $64.
The whole issue is over $64. I got a huge renewal increase with zero changes to the car or drivers. I asked to cancel early to move to another company and was told I would get a refund of $64. Seemed reasonable with a month left. Day after cancellation they tell me I won't be getting the $64 and BTW, I also owe another $24. I was told their agent made a mistake and they won't stand behind it. I have a copy of the chat with the $64. Yes, we are arm wresting for $64. Just imagine what would happen if you "made a mistake" telling them something about coverage. They would cancel you in a heartbeat. Was with them for about 4-5 years but after this experience there is no way to recommend them when they won't stand behind a lousy $64 error made by their agent. Too bad, since we have 4 cars to insure. EDIT: Thanks for the reply but I have wasted way too much time doing the chat with agents who have no authority to honour a $64 mistake by a Sonnet agent. You want the flexibility to say "we made a mistake" but would never accept that excuse from a client.

Used to be a reputable company
Used to be a reputable company. Never had a problem before November 2023. I've been waiting 8 weeks for a claim to be determined. Phone calls go unanswered with long wait times. Emails are responded to with generic automated messages. No one is available to process claims. I will be canceling and looking elsewhere.

I was not aware of the service before my breeder told me about it. I wasn’t planning on the insurance but after seeing the benefits it provides I think it is a good idea. I want to be able to afford treatment for my pet should he need it.

Amazing company
We have had Fetch for six years now. they are the most amazing company. Our dog Cooper has had lot of health issues from allergies to eye ulcers and fetch has been there every step of the way. Their customer service is fantastic as well. Everyone is very caring and they always ask how your pet is when you phone in, if we ever get another pet, I would not even hesitate to sign up with Fetch again I highly recommend them for anyone who has a dog or cat looking for pet insurance
