Very dissatisfied with with claim response
I now have two claims submitted . The first one was submitted over three weeks ago. I was told the claim could take up to two weeks. Claim sent with vets itemized records of service with invoice for the cost of each item on the list. I just received an email asking how is it going. It is not going well . It appears FETCH is not organized or understaffed.

Disappointing
I have sent unanswered emails and stayed on hold for extended periods of time. At least one of you knows of my problem since before the claim. In fact, I could not file the claim online andI cannot get on line to see anything related to my account, let alone my claim. Please contact me. I am frustrated by your lack of attention. Five weeks have now gone by and I am no closer to accessing my account than I was in August.

Don’t buy..waste of money and time
Waste of money. It took over 2 months for them to review and close my claims which neither was paid. I was cc’d on several emails where Embrace tried to contact the emergency vet my pet visited. They only sent emails and never tried to call the business directly. I got tired of receiving these daily emails and had to reach out to the vet myself to get the missing information. Embrace is not a proactive insurance company. They also decided to decline my claims due to pre-existing conditions that were indirectly related to the issue my dog was treated for. Do Not Waste Your Money.

I've been with Pumpkin Pet insurance for many years and did a lot of research and found them to offer the best coverage. Claims are paid pretty fast. I highly recommend them!

So glad I chose spot for pet insurance! Reasonable monthly payment ( half of what I paid to previous insurance company) Claim service efficient and fair, no bs dental. My highest endorsement!
