Highly Recommend for Cat Owners
We decided to enroll in Fetch Pet Insurance to provide us with peace of mind for our two cats in early 2023. In December 2023, our youngest cat, who had never experienced health issues, had a urinary tract obstruction. This led to a stressful and scary 5-day stay in the ER, and ultimately required a perineal urethrostomy (PU) surgery to save his life. The process of signing up with Fetch was seamless, thanks to the agent who provided detailed instructions on setting up our account. This preparation made it easy for us to submit a claim, ensuring a smooth process. Following the payment of the bill, we submitted the claim and received confirmation from Fetch two weeks later, stating that the claim was covered in accordance with our policy. Our interaction with Fetch Pet Insurance has been exceptionally positive. We are grateful for the smooth claim process and the confirmation (received within 2 weeks) that Fetch covered our claim according to our policy. Overall, Fetch has proven to be a reliable choice for our pet insurance needs.

Fetch Cares
Firstly, my call was answered immediately even though I was told that the queue was very long. Yay!! My rep was named Kayan and he was incredible. He listened to my questions and was able to answer each and every question without wanting to sell me something I didn’t need. Thanks for that. Because of that type of service, I’ll never leave Fetch. This insurance company does care about its customers, and I feel like pets are really important to them. To get back to Kayan, the rep who assisted me, you were honest and caring. I was hoping for exactly that when I called. Thank you for your time and your thoughtfulness. You made my day!!

Claim processing
Please be aware that this Metlife pet nsurance will not cover anything without veterinarian's notes. My veterinarian who treated my dog, works hard and efficiently to treat sick animals, not to concoct paperwork. I had all rpaid receipts from the office visit, biopsy results stating that my dog has infection and a paid receipt for antibiotics. All this was not good enough for processing claim. Buyer, beware. Metlife insurance is looking for any possible excuse which will give them a chance NOT TO REIMBURSE.

Great customer service and great…
Great customer service and great coverage My dog just recently had to get surgery on his CCL. Because we hit our $250 deductible with his pre-hab his surgery and rehab will be covered 90%. Our almost $2600 bill we are paying $260. Unreal and stress relieving.
