Great insurance coverage!
We purchased this coverage for our Cavalier puppy. We’ve have several instances where we’ve needed to be seen by emergency vets and even specialists and Spot has covered as promised. I’ve been extremely happy with the insurance and even happier that we made the decision to purchase the coverage.

Spot pet insurance utilizes a very user friendly consumer portal. I have four dogs and whenever I need to submit a claim I am able to navigate the portal quickly, find the names of my pets, and submit my claim. Emails are sent when submitted claims are received and again when they are processed. The process can also be followed in your portal. Claims are processed in a timely manner and reimbursement soon follows.

Website is easy to navigate, and upload all required documents for claims. The turnaround time for refunds once the claim has been reviewed and a decision made is one day if you have direct deposit. Overall experience with Embrace is excellent with no complaints. Thank you Smile

If you can, but day 1 you receive your pet
Unfortunately, I did not get pet insurance on day 1, I found my mutt puppy (apx 3 months old), but I didn't think we would keep her. Before we decided to keep her, I found worms in her poop. Took her to the vet and she still qualified for the puppy package. Which I would have saved some money, if I had put her in pet insurance. At about 5 months old, we decided to keep her, after no luck looking for her owners. I got her insured and had saved me money on microchipping her and Nexgard Plus. I would recommend you get insurance day 1.
