Says need more info and then denies claim
Every claim I put in is said to have contacted that for more information. I have seen the emails the vet has sent and then I get a response from the insurance saying they didn’t receive any responses from the vet and that the claim was denied I will be canceling shortly and going with another company as I now have a lot of bills to pay due to paying for an insurance that doesn’t cover anything.

Great insurance and customer service
Claims are processed quickly with no hassle. Easy to file claims and customer service is fantastic!! Anytime I have had a question or help and called customer service I have received great service and help. The customer service agents are so friendly and always ready to help. I am so happy I found Many Pets, we have 2 dogs now and rates are fair plus no $ limit on claims.
