Amanda Mello was such an amazing representative, and she was extremely helpful and informative. Her professionalism and her ability to reassure me was very refreshing and giving her expertise on the matter of being insured has helped me feel good about the options I may choose from. Well, she has all the qualities and more that a representative should have one working with customer and she definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that you are Confident in making your decision and is open to sharing how things work if you don’t know how insurance works with pets. The best experience I’ve ever had with a representative. I hope that this company realizes how much of an asset she is. She definitely deserves a raise! Thanks Amanda!

Making life with a puppy easier
Heathy Paws makes having a puppy much easier than usual because it takes a majority of the first year scares medically. Our puppy isn’t even one yet and has already been to the vet multiple times for different reasons. So grateful for Healthy Paws and the ease of submitting claims as well as the fast reimbursements.

We sent in our first claim on May, 26th, 2024 - it was completed on May 29th, 2024, and it was confirmed a check had been mailed to us that day- It is now June 20th, 2024- and we have not received the check. We hope it comes soon!
