I am so impressed with the speed and efficiency of Healthy Paws. My 1.5 year old shepherd was attacked by another dog and was rushed to an emergency vet. She was in ICU for 3 days so you can imagine the vet bill! Having such a young dog, I never expected having such medical emergencies at this stage of her life. But Healthy Paws couldn't have been easier to deal with. Easy claims submissions. No weird exclusions or reasons not to reimburse. I was able to focus on my girl's recovery and comfort. The timeline of claim was unclear, for a long time I didn’t have an update, I was informed about a delay about 2-3 weeks of waiting, the actual payout took another 2 weeks. Other than that, the process was quite easy.

It’s very nice to have a peace of mind whenever an emergency or something comes up with one our pets and knowing we won’t have to pay a huge bill on our own. Even getting reimbursed is done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
