Healthy Paws helped us a lot !
We have used Healthy Paws pet insurance since 2017. Our cat got the best care we could give and Heathy Paws was a huge part of his quality of life. We had major surgeries covered. We have long term medications covered. Healthy Paws was also fast to complete and cover claims. Rocky was part of our family for almost 15 years and we thank Healthy Paws for helping our family. Enrolled 7/2023, canceled 11/2023. I'm a doctor and used to challenges with insurance providers, standard fare. Collect premiums, deny claims. But this seemed different and I trust USAA implicitly. Website false advertising "we cover all curable pre-existing conditions." $400 claim for allergic reaction/dermatitis. $0 covered. Useless. Absolutely useless.
