This company communicates very well with its clients. We were very pleased with the comprehensive review of our claims and the outcome, which was consistent with the policy we purchased. Moreover, they were very compassionate and expressed heartfelt condolences when we lost our dog. They have been fair and straightforward. Met Life poor claims processing
I rarely submit a claim... but when I do... I expect it to be processed and communicated efficiently, if they need any additional info. Over 12 days and no communication. Had to sign in to see they are asking for exact invoice I sent them in the very first claim submission. Submitted an email through contact and no reply. Premiums and any billing are super punctual in contrary. I'd think twice about relying on Metlife to care about you, your pet, or any concern you have.
