This insurance is horrible,scam
This insurance is horrible. They will claim anything and everything possible is a preexisting condition. For example, my dog had allergy shots for her allergies as a preexisting condition to the plan. Later on she got ear infections. They claim, against my vet's guidance, that the ear infections are directly related to the allergies and therefore not covered. It's a scam. You can try and file a complaint but don't hear anything back. If I had more resources I would sue them.
