Poor communication, customer service and lack of responsiveness
I had a collision (hit and run) on June 15th and completed the claim online in the app on June 15th and the report with the Collision Reporting Centre on June 16th. The adjuster took a whole week to call me and never answers his phone. Initially the repairs to my vehicle were approved. This morning (July 2nd) the repair shop called me to tell me that Sonnet has withdrawn the approval and they need another approval to proceed with repairs. No one from Sonnet called or emailed me to tell me this and when I spoke to a new adjuster this morning (file was transferred to her) she doesn’t know why her colleague withdrew the approval and she was not given the correspondence or dash cam footage from the previous adjuster. Poor customer service. Other companies might be a bit more expensive but will be more responsive if you have a claim.

FETCHED
I researched pet insurance for months. By the time I decided on Fetch in June of this year, I met your employee, Amanda Mello, online. Ms. Mello is as mellow as her surname sounds. She could not have been a better example of a good employee! She fetched me with her caring attitude about my puppy! Although I had multiple questions, Amanda answered each one with patience, compassion, and knowledge. Donna

Great Pet Insurance
Although pet insurance can be quite expensive when your dog hits the age of 12, I have had nothing but a positive positive experience with Healthy Paws. I have never once had to fight them on a claim, they are fast with reimbursement and processing, and I have been with them almost 11 years. I appreciate this company and the ease at which they make the entire experience so that I can focus on my dog and her health. I do not often write reviews but I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for pet insurance.

Wonder if you are worth it!
It is hard to rate you higher when you keep denying claims saying it is a previous condition. Having her anal glands extracted monthly is what she needs done to keep her healthy. Also, an $800 emergency doctor visit, and you paid $177. Makes us wonder if you are worth it.

This was a hard claim to submit
This was a hard claim to submit. I had 6 all at once from an emergency. It was kind of overwhelming. However, when I called, the staff could not have been more hopeful and navigated me through the process.

Reimbursement does NOT happen
This pet insurance claims a dog's "tartar" as a pre-existing illness and does not cover teeth cleaning for prevention. It's ridiculous. I will NOT recommend this insurance to anyone because they are too busy to find a "pre-existing" condition and are unwilling to pay. It's not morally good company.

Highly disappointed
Very long claim times, confusing emails stating no info needed then denying/closing claims because I didn’t provide information. I called 4 times on my claim 1st office was closed for training other 3 times wait time was so long I eventually hung up. It honestly feels like they intentionally make it difficult so that the average person will just give up! I plan to look for a different company.
