Pleasantly Surprised…
I thought the wellness plan went of the $300 deductible of the illness plan. I was pleasantly surprised that it was reimbursement with no deductible. Worth the add on.

They really don't cover much and the deductible is high, and they did not apply ANYTHING from my last vet visit to my deductible, no explanation. The claim process is relatively easy and the phone reps are nice and helpful, but for every single claim they want the SOAP notes from the vet. I've never had to do this with other pet insurance companies.

I’ve never used pet insurance before. I was unsure which company would be reliable. Pets Best was recommended to me by a trusted coworker. I couldn’t be more pleased! The claims are very easy to place and my reimbursements are automatically deposited into my bank account. They cover exactly what they say they cover. No tricks! I can't say enough positive things about my customer service experience. When I called months later to enroll a second dog, the salesperson (Carmen was her name) remembered every detail about our first pet and was so thoughtful and kind. Wonderful company!

Scam Pets Best really isn’t
Backtrack a couple years. My dog got a hematoma surgery. Then Applied Pets best got denied for this claim cause the incident happened before. Ok understood I get it. Fast track today he went in cause his ear had yeast and has bad allergies. We got denied again because the issue was from before? How so? I was paying for 2 years and this was developing months ago. They’ll find any excuse to deny you. Going to appeal but likely be cancelling today.
