Relatively painless experience
Relatively painless experience. I never felt like I was fighting for payouts. Everything that should be covered was covered with minimal (if any) denials. Two issues that kept me from giving 5 stars: 1) annual rates skyrocketed over the life of the pet (understandable, but still sticker shock), and 2) payouts were often months after the fact. If you can financially weather that, then no problem, but if paying a bill and waiting several months for reimbursement would disrupt your life, you should maybe look elsewhere

I received great service from Nicki…
I received great service from Nicki today when I did not understand an email asking me about my dog's claim. Nicki was very helpful and explained how things work. I highly recommend Trupanion. They paid out their share of a large surgery bill very quickly.
