Great pet Insurance.
Itâs easy to submit my claims online and I get an email immediately the claim was received. If any payment is due I typically receive that direct deposit into my account within the week. I would recommend Trupanion without reservation.

My experience with Ines was fine no problems.
My experience with Ines was fine, no problems. She was very pleasant. I do not agree with what she told me which is more an issue with Trupanion, unless Ines provided incorrect information.
The reason I am unlikely to recommend Trupanion is because the medical information about Braxton is inaccurate and I was told that the only to fix this is to have my veterinarian submit paperwork to get this corrected. I donât know why this is needed as the medical records he provided are accurate and it is the Trupanion records that are inaccurate.
Also, a 20% annual increase in monthly premiums is extremely unreasonable. I understand that costs go up and increases are inevitable but 20% annually is highway robbery.
