so far, not so good
so far, awful. We got Embrafce insurance recently. Sadly, my dog got badly hurt when she got inadvertently stepped on and then squished in a door (long story, no mal-intent, but dementia is a factor with the culprit) Embrace is denying the claim saying it is orthopedic and not covered yet. INSANE! unless they turn around the decision, I will drop and get another.

Steffi was wonderful! She continued to remain in contact with me while i struggled to make a decision. She was patient and informative. She shared personal experiences with pet insurance which made it much easier to discuss any concerns.
