Fantastic Team
Fantastic Team The MetLife Pet team is the best anywhere. They explained everything thoroughly and took care of everything including getting the correct documentation from both the VET and Surgeon. When I called to ask a question the representative told me not to worry, their job was to make sure the claim got paid. Unbelievable but true. Because of MetLife Pet and a great team of doctors, Lola was able to have her surgery and will be with us for a long time! Can't thank you enough!

Claim process is a little discouraging
Claim process is a little discouraging. I was advised for routine visits a soap note is not needed and each time I have had to go back and get one causing a delay in processing. For that reason, I will be including one every time.
