I have had Pets Plus Us for my last 2 dogs. They have been very easy to contact by phone or email. The response is very fast. I submit my claims on line and hear back within 48 hours. I highly recommend Pets Plus Us for Pet Insurnace.

Fetch Pet Insurance is great
Fetch Pet Insurance is great! They are extremely affordable with the monthly payment and so worth having it! My kitten, Tony, broke his leg and without this insurance, it would have cost me thousands instead of hundreds! They are quick to review your claim and with direct deposit, there is no wait for reimbursement once they approve your claim. I am so happy that I have this insurance for my kitten!

Rising Premiums but So Far Good Coverage
I was incredibly frustrated recently due to seeing my premium rise in cost in rapid succession, especially after moving to Ft Lauderdale. I never thought my pet insurance would reach car payment status, and I’ve been a loyal customer since 2017. I want to love TRUPANION and they recently did pay a good portion of my last vet bill, but I honestly have no other insurance company to compare it to, and I think all pet owners would pretty much do anything for their pets. I believe the real reason of rising premiums is the amount of people that have recently become pet owners due to Covid, and they’re taking advantage because they know people have no choice but to have the insurance, and if that’s the case, why not boost the price while we’re at it because we have to pay more people to process your insurance money. With all that being said, TRUPANION is by far one of the easiest companies to work with, the least hassle I’ve ever had with claims processing and responses from any company, and they have covered a good portion of my claim requests considering my pet has chronic ear infections and bad allergies. I would definitely recommend TRUPANION due to the coverage, but I’d definitely make sure it fits your budget, because they don’t tell you when they’re raising the cost of your premiums, they just do it!

Customer service is A+! The representatives are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have an answer to a question or a concern, they will seek out someone who can get the needed information. When my Westie puppy was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, Fetch was there to help me submit my claim. The claim was reviewed and paid in a timely manner.

You asked me for a review here is my honest opinion
I submitted my last pet ins claim for Molly in the morning on 1/9/24 who’s health had been declining over the past few mos and took her to the vet and she really had no quality of life so she crossed the rainbow bridge to which I am devastated. I’ve had pet ins for quite some time and I pay about $73 for each of my dogs and around $30 ish for my cat, The prices for ins have gone up 100% since I got the ins. They say your claim takes about 2 weeks to process. Most of the claims I’ve submitted took more than that. They really should be processing them sooner.

The importance of having insurance
Your pet is your special best friend ! And you want him to be in good health but sometimes they get sick/accident and you don't know what it's wrong so you take your little friend to the Vétérinaire ! So, the costs for the exams and x-rays and so on, can be very expensive! That's when the time to get insurance for your little puppy and I tell you by experience that "you should " for the inconditionnel love of him or her!! Now, I would like to thank the team from my 'hôpital Vétérinaire Trifluvien' , you're amazing people with courtesy, humanity and professionalism ! ! Thanks for taking very good care of my two babies Doodles Matthew and Janis ! ! And I can't forget my insurance "Trupanion" for being so understandable, you're such an important issue when something was or is wrong with my two little friends!! So I highly recommend that whoever is reading this and have pets, get insured for the love of them!! Et voilà un gros Merci ! Francine, Matthew et Janis !

I have used Fetch Pet Insurance (aka PetPlan) for over 12 years. I compared their costs and plans to several other companies and they were the best I could find for my needs. It is quick and easy to start a claim and you get a response and payment within the promised timeframe. I am especially happy with the wellness plan since it’s most needed with a new puppy.

Documentation Submission Must Be Perfect
If you have EVERYTHING in order, Fetch pays out in a timely fashion. “Needing additional documentation” seems to be the focus recently. The invoice must state why the pet is receiving a medication and show that it was paid for in full…all on the same sheet. Also, when filing for my dog who had back surgery and will most likely require lifelong pain medicine, I am required to submit the same documentation from the same surgery each time…this can be time consuming. Nonetheless,for the most part, I am happy with Fetch.

Premium raised 16% after one year with no claims
I’ve had the insurance for a year and not filed any claims in that time, so I can’t rate the service. However, my dog will be 5 years old this spring and my premium was raised 16% for this second year. Will it go up another 16% next year, and for subsequent years?
