Embrace gives you peace of mind
I love that with Embrace you only have to meet your deductible once per year, and then you are covered. My dog had quite a few unforeseen issues this year, and if I didn’t have this insurance, I would have had to make some tough choices that would’ve been very stressful and emotional.

Pets Best never covers anything
Pets Best never covers anything. Always have a reason for not covering claims. Wouldn’t cover an ear infection saying that he has allergies which he does not. Then they keep going up on the policy rates. This time they went up by almost double what it was a year ago. From $ 54.00 a month to $91.00!! Seriously a scam.

Sonnet Insurance Price is getting expensive
Sonnet Auto Insurance company has increased my auto insurance after 2nd year renewal even though I was their loyal customer for 2 years and my driving record was clean in last 2 years. If they want their customers happy, they suppose to decrease the auto insurance after renewal instead of increasing it.

Shockingly wonderful
I just switched to Sonnet in June 2023 from another insurance giant here in Quebec. Unfortunately, I had my very first vehicle accident (not at fault) last December after many years of driving. Since it was my first time making a claim, the rep that I spoke to explained to me every detail and what not about my insurance policy to help me understand it better. I never felt so relieved after a very stressful event. This company is highly recommended. Keep up the amazing work that you do!

Lives up to its name
Pets Best, for me, has been the best insurance I've found for my dogs. Submitting claims has been quick and easy. Customer Service has been extremely helpful. I get to talk to a real human and they are so kind and patient. They take the time to find the right answers and even call back when necessary. Reimbursements take time, but they update me on the process. I never felt ignored. Having a 16 yr old in kidney failure was hard and having to say goodbye was harder, so when I needed time to put through his last claims, I was treated with kindness. I can't say enough about Pets Best. They truly are the best.
