It's very easy to file claims and also it's easier that they can just direct deposit your refund back into your account.

The worst support I have ever…
The worst support I have ever experienced. The length it took to process a claim is unbelievable. No one seemed informed enough to tell me when reimbursement would be processed. I am not happy and have canceled the policy.
