So far my experience has been great, the customer service agents are really knowledgeable and helpful, the empathy with the issue with my pets is amazing and I have being able to solve and understand all my questions and claims.

I really wanted to give a 5 star review, but I just can't. Signing up for the insurance for our 3 dogs was easy - fill out the questions and pay the fee. However, what isn't easy is getting reimbursed for vet visits and treatments. ASPCA says they need records for our dogs. Our vet says that everything has been sent. It's bad enough to have a sick dog. All we care about is getting them better. But thinking that having ASPCA insurance was going to 'ease the pain' of the bills so far isn't quite what we thought it would be.

Spot pet insurance has been so easy to deal with! I purchased a plan to pay for the possibility of any large expenses related to my pet's health. The setup was really easy and the reimbursements have been extremely helpful during the stressful time of my dogs recent diagnosis.

Totally a scam
Totally a scam. More than a yr paying for it, when I do first claim, they sit on it for months claiming it needs more documentation when everything has already been provided. It’s until u call pissed saying you’re gonna cancel that they ACTUALLY start working on it. At the end never received a penny on any of my claims and NO REFUND EITHER. They just gave m the refund for the current month prorated. If I could gave zero starts I would. Do not waste $$$ on this crap.

Excellent experience
Submitting the claim was easy & settling the claim was quick. Received my check without any issues. Had to contact customer service on a question about my dog & meds, the customer service rep was excellent, friendly, informative. I like Spot & I feel so much better knowing they're there to help me out. Thank you Spot Insurance
