She is special
I have had previously issues with Trupanion with trying to make claims that I should pay new deductible for the same health issues my dog has had previously. She was treated for pancreatitis having been put on special diet, now it’s claimed by Lauren that it’s similar but not the same symptoms according to her I asked to speak to the person in charge she didn’t provide a name of her supervisor or contact information I find that they are being dishonest towards me to deny my previous deductions are exactly the same as the one this time only difference is my pet had relapsed I’m writing this to let pet owners be aware of the scam
