TERRIFIC COMPANY.We have had Embrace for over 7 years
We have had Embrace for over 7 years. Service has always been excellent. Have called Customer Service a couple of times and Representatives were friendly, caring, knowledgeable and reassuring. Claims processing is FAST. We highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

Horrible Claims Processing & Too Expensive
Our French Bulldog has been insured for over 3 years. Started at $97.40/month, 2nd year $107.29/month. The 3rd year the premium almost doubled to $192.21/month. Then when you actually make a claim they say it takes 15 BUSINESS days to process. They contact you on the 14th day to request more information & the 15 BUSINESS days start over. So it's actually taking 30 BUSINESS days to be reimbursed just over $200.00. It says on the claims screen that it "typically takes about two weeks"...not 15 BUSINESS days. Paying over $2300/year for 80% coverage with a $300 yearly deductible. Not sure this is worth it to be reimbursed $200.00. My advice, save your money & keep it in a savings account!

Fast payments and ease of filing claims
We issued insurance for our Doberman 3 years ago, but we had to use it since April 2024, when after an X-ray, ultrasound, and a trip to the emergency, we found out that our Anubis had DCM... All claims were quickly reviewed and paid according to our plan. Thanks to the whole Embrace team!
