Always helpful!
I have had to file a couple claims on my kitty and pets best has been wonderful. Most of the claims have come back fairly quickly and only the two most recent took a little longer, but still within their time frame. Any time I’ve needed customer service they have been polite and helpful. And the claim process is super easy! And I love that the money goes straight to my bank account!

I have done a ton of research on pet insurance and landed on Fetch. I had the pleasure of speaking to Amanda, one of their pet ins brokers. Amanda at Fetch was personable and really set my mind at ease about the quality of care my pets will receive going forward. Her knowledge of current and new policies for my State was unmatched. She was professional and kind while at the same time making the experience a human one. All of my initial questions were answered and that I’d understand the process. We walked through the App and the new RX program for TN was extremely helpful. Based on my initial interaction with Amanda, I would recommend Fetch to my family and friends.

Best dog insurance ever!
We never had insurance on our previous dog but getting our new dog, we decided to get some. You guys have been nothing but accommodating and easy to work with. I am in healthcare and generally insurance companies can be a pain to deal with but this has been so great for us! I have recommended you to all my friends with dogs
