Pets Best really cares for our fur baby! They are very transparent with the policy and what is covered and honor it. It is very easy to submit a claim through their app. I will definitely recommend them and insure all my future pets with them :)

I submit a wellness claim for neutering of a puppy not yet a year old with detailed records of the procedure . I received a request for all records of my puppy’s vet records . I immediately submit these and have heard absolutely nothing . I tried to enroll in the direct deposit reimbursement . It was unavailable . I have had no response to my claim and no information on reimbursement of a clearly covered claim .

Worst company ever they canceled my insurance and trying to take advantage of me I got them a lot of customers and trying to explain the situation but there customer service is zero I also believe they reported my car never be back
