Soooo easy!
Soooo easy!! Communication was a bit difficult but it was basically done for you! I would ask a question and not get a proper response. But then a few days later get the right answer! Very weird but I’m so happy we had this coverage! Also confusing as to what is covered in the future!!! Guess we shall see!

Very easy to use APP. Timely processing of claims. Well worth the money to have piece of mind for our Frenchie and Italian Greyhound. They are wonderful personalities but are prone to medical events.

Claims on hold while company awaits unrelated medical records from previous medical providers. My dog is being treated for a skin mass, and yet my claims are being held up while Embrace awaits past records related to optical and respiratory issues from 3 years ago.
