Good Pet Insurance but EXPENSIVE!
Rep explained why insurance has gone up so much this year (($88.00/mo). I love Embrace insurance but it is expensive. I have had it for my dog since he was a puppy (9 years ago) and the price increases have been crazy! From Around $60 a month to now $219.00 a month. I ended up raising my deductible which is, I’m sure, what they want. It has been a great policy since my dog had some issues in the past and it is easy to submit claims and get paid.

Hassle free coverage that is clutch!!
My Shih Tzu had last second dental surgery and I scheduled it to get on the hospital's calendar. Embrace made sure I didn't worry, explained my coverages, and made filing a claim hassle free through their app. 2 days last inwas reimbursed and all is well. Their staff was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional.

First off let me start by saying I wished I reviewed the reviews before selecting Embrace. That is totally my mistake and should have known better. After reading REAL reviews, this company takes your money with promising coverage and then manipulates the waiting period calling accidents like your dog eating a foreign object as an illness just like some of the other reviewers stated and then ask for all this other paperwork to see if they can then say it is a preexisting condition. Again, I highly recommend reading real reviews not people who just use their services for shots etc. the last closing thought I guess is insurance is their to make profit not cover you (pet). Please check other pet insurance companies before settling for this company.

Open an account just for your pet’s bill.
It’s been 2 months… our Vets office still hadn’t heard from Embrace! I did everything I was required to do. I’d also was about to pay for my 5th payment…so I decided to cancel my insurance. Yesterday, I finally get an email wanting info on my claim…I’m done. No thanks…now I am putting money in an account just for my pets, every month. Open your own accounts! This was a $500 mistake!

Do not recommend this insurance, there are much better company’s out there
I have insurance through another company for one of my two dogs and they quickly process everything usually within 24-72 hours. Pets Best is the worst! The first claim took a couple months to finally be processed. Now this last claim I submitted took a couple weeks. It’s ridiculous! Hire more claims people if necessary. It should not take this long! Also, the other company never needs additional information, and are always able to process the claim with the information my vet provides. This company ALWAYS needs more and denies everything they possibly can-even medicine to make my dog more comfortable during a painful ear infection-apparently because he had taken the medicine before in the past, so it was considered “pre-existing!” I am not a happy customer!
