Pets Best is great! They are very quick to answer questions when you use the chat or call. My only complaint is the extended time to process claims. My claims are taking between 30-40 days to be completed.

I have all my pets covered with ASPCA health insurance have used them for years they are always helpful with any questions I may have they are polite courteous, they always ask how each one of my pets are doing. They always pay their claims after your deductible is met.

Stephanie in customer service was extremely pleasant and so enjoyable to speak with and her knowledge was exceptional Her compassion with pet insurance showed almost immediately when on the phone. Have only submitted one well cost claim and was reimbursed within 10 days. I highly recommend Spot for all of your pets.
