I think they did me wrong!
Ive been paying for 3 cats for awhile now. 1 kept getting crystals and getting blocked, he needed PU surgery. They denied me because back in March he had a blockage that I paid for, no insurance then. I got him completely unblocked. Its very common for male cats to get crystals and blockage often. They considered it pre-existing, even though I got them removed and in Augast he got new ones and so bad he needed surgery. Each time he gets crystals removed and they come back is a new time and situation. Its not like they were the same crystals as before and he didnt need surgery then. They could have at least helped with the surgery and not the other blockage visits I had.

Submitting a claim with ManyPets was a smooth process as long as all the documents required are provided. ManyPets customer service is amazing, they responded fairly quickly and I received a refund for my dogs emergency surgery in about a month's time.
