Real Customer Service!
Awesome to work with a company that has real humans working behind the scenes! Sounds ridiculous, but I'm over talking to computers today. It's nice to pick up the phone and have a kind voice answer. No Integrity
I filed a claim before my dog's illness benefits began. Then, I filed three different claims after the illness benefits began and Pets Best denied all four claims stating that it was a pre-existing condition even though his medical records from the veterinarian showed a different diagnosis for the three claims made after the benefits began.

Friendly, helpful, well worth it
We've had Healthy Paws coverage since we got our dog as a puppy, and have been very grateful for it. Claims are processed quickly and customer service is friendly and helpful. It's been well worth it—our dog had two unexpected health issues last month with bills that totaled more than $15K, and Healthy Paws reimbursed us at 80% making it a much less stressful situation.
