Stephanie was so awesome to work with setting up the policy for our new pup. The coverage looks great, the price point is right, and if you are like me and tired of not being able to reach an actual person when you have a question about something. This is the company to use. They are local (at least for me- I live in Chicago -) and staffed with real live people that want to help you. Something that’s hard to find in 2024.

Worst Pet Insurance Ever!
Pets Best is the worst insurance ever. They constantly deny legit claims. Their CS is terrible. They take for ever if there is a claim they have to pay. Do not EVER buy this insurance.

Loss of my Creamer
I recently lost my Creamer Kitty, and it was not easy to let him go. I had to call and cancel his policy. The associate on the line was caring and understanding. He covered everything we needed and then expressed his condolences over the loss of my beloved Creamer.
