My lab ruptured her cruciate ligament. Total bills were approx. $6,000. Having Pumpkin Insurance gave us 90% of our expenses. So relieved we had the insurance! Thank you for the rapid approval system. Again thank you for having that in place. A very relieved customer!

We have been using Fetch for over 11 years. With our older dog we have had to submit claims due to her medical condition. It has been easy to submit claims using the app. I have been informed throughout the review process as to the status of the claims.

Good coverage
The process is so easy ..I just upload the visit docs and I wait for a determination..Also,I feel the cost is reasonable. My cat visits this past year have been quite expensive and I would have paid large vet bills out of pocket if I had not been covered by spot..Im glad I decided to go with this insurance..I feel confident that I'm doing my best to care for my cats health without the fear of catastrophic vet bills

Shop around first
Have this insurance for 5 years and my yearly bill went up $300 no major issues with my pet but they don't cover much. Don't pay out much $600+ health visit yearly they only pay out about$200. For what i pay i think i can get a different insurance for cheaper with at last 80-90% payout. It's a shamepost in still waiting for my claim money over a month now

Reliable coverage for my Great Dane’s hospital stay
I’ve had Fetch for a while, but I truly put them to the test when my Great Dane needed emergency care and ended up hospitalized. Dealing with a sick pet is stressful enough, but Fetch made the financial side easy. Claims Process: Super simple via the app. I just uploaded the medical records and itemized bills. Reimbursement: They processed the large claim quickly and the funds were in my account via direct deposit faster than I expected. Transparency: No hidden "giant breed" exclusions for the emergency care we received. If you have a large dog with high potential medical costs, I highly recommend Fetch.

Smooth Reimbursement Process
Great experience! Atlas had an ear infection and the claim process was super easy. I submitted the invoice and got reimbursed quickly, which really helped take some of the financial stress out of dog ownership. Highly recommend!
