Amanda M + Fetch Insurance = Piece of Mind!
I had the absolute pleasure of talking with Amanda Mello of Fetch Pet Insurance! Being a new owner of a fur baby, getting pet insurance that provides piece of mind in the event insurance is needed, I wanted to make sure that I did my due diligence. I never realized that there are so many pet insurance companies out there and each one offers something slightly different. What caught my attention with Fetch is that I googled “top 5 pet insurance companies” and they came up on top. Again, not being well versed with pet insurance, I opted to call their customer support centre. Lucky for me, I was connected with Amanda! Let me tell you, not only does Amanda have top notch customer service skills, she is extremely knowledgeable!! Not only was she able to provide me insight to the various features, Amanda provided options! And without even asking, Amanda applied 10% to my quote…every little bit helps! I continued my research and ultimately secured my pet insurance with Fetch, primarily because of the wonderful customer experience I had with Amanda! I feel much better now knowing that my dog is covered! Thanks Amanda, Fetch is truly lucky to have an awesome employee who not only presents herself professionally, but who represents her company professionally too! Continued success Amanda!!

Having a Spot pet insurance policy saved us from so much financial stress! We recently had to take our cat in for some unexpected health issues, but having the policy gave us peace of mind when it came to paying the vet bill. Easy and Low Stress Claim Process
Aside from my dog actually being sick, the process of filing a claim was easy and painless, which kept our stress level from going up, and we got reimbursed in a very timely manner with no drama. Whenever I needed to speak with someone on the phone the wait time wasn't terrible and the person was helpful. Fortunately my dog is now back to his old self again.

Kind and compassionate personnel
Our cat Sandy recently passed away and Embrance was so compassionate and helpful to me during this time. I've also recently filed a claim for our dog, Icee and the turnover was incredible. I was struggling with Fetch
I was struggling with Fetch and being ignored. I called the person that sold me the insurance Leah Leslie and she got it all fixed within 2 hours. Promotion time. I was ready to go off. It's been 2 weeks of hell until Leah. Thank you Leah you should train others in customer service/satisfaction. You are the best. You deserve 10 stars but they only allow 5.
