Good coverage
I have had good luck with getting things (mostly) covered by insurance and it is a hassle-free process to submit claims on their website. I would highly recommend obtaining your pet's medical records to submit with your first claim to avoid delays.

Great Pet Insurance
AmandaM - was AWESOME. She was knowlegable, understanding and relativable. It was like talking to a friend! If you need pet insurance, I say go with this company. So many benefits, flexibility and mostly awesome customer service. Not my first pet insurance company, but very happy to have found them. I had to make some changes to my policy and it was very easy to do.

I debated whether or not to get insurance for Finn (my new yellow Lab pup). It turns out Finn had an accident and needed steel plates put in both knees. The cost of surgery was almost $15,000.00. I only had Embraces insurance for a few months and was worried Embrace would not cover it. I was so wrong. To my surprise, Embrace coved the entire amount. I would highly recommend Embrace Insurance to anyone who has a dog. Thanks Embrace.

I was deceived and robbed by Sonnet Insurance.
Got an insurance coverage only for Sonnet to double my premium to 300$ a month because their Sonnet Shift app is incompatible with my Phone. Not something I was aware of or informed of before activating my insurance with Sonnet. Deceptive sales and downright disgusting lack of customer service. Upon contacting an agent I was told Sonnet wouldn't be able to give me my original price. Now that they can't perceive my driving habits through invasive software they assumed I was high risk and put me on their most expensive rate. Sonnet will not receive a dime until they fix their error. Insurance companies like sonnet are the reason regular everyday people get drowned by bills they didn't even agree to. This company is predatory and I would recommend you steer clear.

This is the way all insurance providers need to do business. But they don't. Streamlined, easy to use and understand website, fast, friendly service from reps over chat instead of the phone. I've never felt like I was dealing with a cold, detached rep with these guys. Every time I've had an issue, I've spoken to one of their reps like we were just having a conversation about an issue, and it's been resolved quickly and hassle free. They're not kidding when they say you can get coverage in minutes, it really is that easy.

I a new to Pets Best
I a new to Pets Best. I am displeased with my coverage. I have a neighbor who is a member for several years and her items are always covered. Her and my dog went and had the same conditions. My refund was only $100 something from a $700 bill. Beyond unfair. Would not recommend this insurance to anyone. Also the turn around time was unbelievable. Just to get that kind of repayment was unbelievable.
