While initial contact with an agent thru virtual assistant is prolonged and troublesome once contact with a live agent was achieved they resolved my needs with competence and to my satisfaction.

Just signed up for accident and illness…
Just signed up for accident and illness coverage for my cat Allie. Spoke to Monica, who was delightful and who knew all the information backwards and forwards. Answered all my questions with lots of detail. Knowledgeable, helpful, fun to talk to and I could tell an animal lover herself.

Costs went up after one year
After one year with Embrace for a dog and two cats with NO claims for coverage, my costs for insurance went up 50%. Stopped coverage immediately. Seemed a little like bait and switch.

Filing claims is very frustrating
Filing claims is very frustrating. I always have to submit the same documents up to literally 5 times! When I call they look at them and clear them but a couple days later they send an e-mail requesting it again. They close larger claims to pay out smaller in hopes you don’t max your coverage. This was my second year and most likely my last.
