Generally I don't have a problem with the insurance, the damn chatbot is so freakingly unbelievably annoying that they are lucky I couldn't rate it at 0 stars. The only reason I gave it two stars is that when in the past I could get ahold of a person they were very good to work with.

Pet Insurance for a Reasonable Price
The Rep, Amanda Mello was great to work with! I explained that I have another Leading Pet Insurance Company, for my Miniature Poodle, but it is very expensive. I saw the ad on the Internet for "Fetch" and decided to check it out. Amanda explained everything so well regarding what would be covered and when, the price, answered my questions, and was a pleasant person to speak with! I am so glad I checked into Fetch!
