Pets Best really came through!
I'd never considered Pet Insurance in the past... but when I received a layoff notification a friend suggested that not only should I find an insurance plan for myself, but I should consider protecting my cat as well. BEST. SUGGESTION. EVER. My vet's office had a Pet's Best advertisement on their app and I simply went for it... THANK THE STARS I DID!!! Just 4 months later we had an unexpected health situation which turned into multiple vet visits and procedures. Once we got through the initial scares, we filed the claims (this was super easy via their online portal!) and within a couple of weeks Pet's Best reviewed the claims, responded with what was / wasn't covered (a significant portion was indeed covered!), and disbursed directly to the bank account on file. This was such a relief during an already financially and emotionally stressful time. I'm happy to say our little furball is back to his usual antics and curling on my lap as I continue my job hunt!!

I really appreciate the new system for bills over $500. It’s quick and responsive for pet owners who may not have thousands of dollars readily available for expensive surgeries in the moment, while still consistently investing in insurance each month. I’m truly so grateful for this support beyond what you know.
