I hate that it comes down to this, but you just always read the fine print. They say the claim is processed in 2-3 business days, however what they do not tell you is that it takes 4-6 weeks to review the claim before they process it... At this point I feel like it is a Scam and would not recommend and make sure to review all other Pet Insurance options and read the fine print. Also, in talking to the person a few minutes ago, I really got the feeling that he was trying to prepare me for when the claim comes in do not expect the full amount to be paid...

Impressed with Pets Best
Our dog had a major leg injury in December 2025. We filed several claims for the same injury as she had multiple visits to the vet, including the emergency visit, a big surgery and many follow up visits. We had a $250 deductible and 90% coverage and they paid as expected in a timely manner so we are very happy with Pets Best! Without it we would have paid thousands of dollars.
