If you want a true insurance company with caring, non -lyhing customer service, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Fetch. They botched my 2 kittens insurance and could care less. I was supposed to get a call from a manager for an explanation a week ago and still nothing.

Why Fetch has shown me to be a Fantastic Pet Insurance company
I had the distinct pleasure in having Katherine Hemmer, a Fetch Member Experience Associate helping me with my phone call concerning my pet insurance policy with Fetch. Katherine was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me when answering questions I had about my current insurance policy for my dog. Katherine exhibited tremendous insight on all things insurance related, and even provided excellent examples to help me better grasp and understand certain differential aspects between the “Wellness coverage” versus the “accident/illness coverages”. Fetch insurance company should be EXTREMELY glad to have someone working with their company as good and thoughtful as Katherine is when working with policy holders like myself, and/or potential policyholders too. My experience with Katherine, along with the ease of use of the Fetch Pet Insurance app, as well as Fetch’s pricing, merely solidifies my contentment for selecting Fetch as my Pet insurance company for my dog!

Hi i just want to express my frustration of the experience that i got through the last couple of years of having this health insurance for my dog 🐶 . I decided to cancel my plan because i realized that the money that i was paying monthly “ insurance + wellness “it was like all together with $112 it was less in the beginning but they raised the price too, and then i realized it was more the money that i was paying for it that the money i was getting back from every claim from every vet visit, not everything covers FYi. Theres always stuff they dont cover right, then i reach out to the team support and requested to cancel my insurance, i was only able to cancel the insurance and not the wellness package, which its 32.95 a month and now because their regulations i still have to paid it until April 2025, i asked for a consideration because i wasnt happy and i think its not fair, they denied to me , i work in hospitality and service industry and sometimes you have to make some exceptions with your customers, thats not the way they operate. Unfortunately, and they make me to go here. Still very disappointed with this situation , just be careful and read all the disclosures and regulations that they have . I honestly don’t recommend

Service team was alright, Sonnet has me worried though
The service team member, Mark, was patient and clearly explained the issue and escalated my ticket accordingly. However, I kind of came away from Sonnet not feeling confident at all that my rate was accurately gauged for renewal where it was sent to me with an old address on the letter and the pink slip. As convenient as something like Sonnet is for online quotes and people who like to do things themselves, it's got some room for improvement so that the customer can feel confident that their data is up to date and current and therefore be given the best rate possible. It makes me want to consider shopping around for a more seamless experience.

The customer service is amazing. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. You leave there with your issue fixed. They will literally guide you step by step to help you fix your issue. They are very patient and extremely polite and friendly. I can't say enough about the great customer experience I received. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
