I placed two claims in the past
I placed two claims in the past, both were denied, citing my dog had this issue. However it was never determined by the Veterinarian. Embrace goes up on your rates and don't want to pay the claim. I'm totally disappointed with Embrace.

I think Embrace Pet Insurance has competitive pricing and great customer service. Easy to submit claims online and payments are deposited in my bank account in a reasonable time.

They are a little slope paying claims…
They are a little slope paying claims which is very frustrating especially when it’s just a pharmacy and you they have all the information and I hate that they’re going getting up more expensive all the time

Incredibly responsive and supportive
The support team is super responsive. The claim process is super easy and the team will reach out to the vets themselves if they need further proof. Didn’t expect my puppy would have so many health issues in their first year so incredibly thankful i was referred to Pumpkin. I have their preventive and accidental coverage plan and I’ll never get rid of it!

Stay Far, Far Away
Just had a claim denied by Trupanion for my dog's injured toe in Sep of 2024, the reason that it was declined. My dog had ear infection in April of 2022. They will do ANYTHING to deny a claim, including add in additional information they say "came from the vet" but the Vet's office notes don't actually have the alleged information. "ear infection diagnosed, possible underlying allergies" there was no veterinarian diagnosis of an actual allergy. "The possiblity" well those are the notes that weren't in the official notes made by the Vet, but somehow Trupanion has them in there notes.

Highly satisfied.
Highly satisfied. Not sure what was more impressive - their shockingly fast reimbursement or that they followed up to see how our sick pup, Adam, is doing. The team at Embrace have a very human touch and they've made the drudgery that is usually attendant to filing a claim, an absolute breeze.
