Fast friendly service
We had an injured pup and I called to ask questions. The representative we talked to was very informative and also caught that our renewal was in 2 days. We didn't end up exceeding our deductible but it could have been critical information if we had. Thank you and we were glad we didn't have to use it. I was able to reach a real person with great customer service. That's a rarity these days.

This was a seamless process. My dog needed a tooth extracted and Embrace covered the procedure and clearly explained which parts of the invoice could not be covered.
