Claims paid out so quickly!
We have been with ManyPets for almost 2 years and unfortunately our dog has had a few health issues recently and ManyPets have been amazing at paying out. Not only do they pay out our claims in a few days, almost everything has been covered as per the policy. Customer service has also always been helpful.

Healthy Paws has provided exceptional service
Healthy Paws has provided exceptional support for our two Cunucus (Arubian dogs). Tiana underwent TPLO surgery on her left knee in April 2023 and her right knee in June 2024. The reimbursement process was swift, and customer service has been excellent. Monthly premiums are reasonable with minimal annual increases. Their coverage has been comprehensive, and I would not have been able to afford approximately $15,000 for the two surgeries Tiana required without their support. Healthy Paws Insurance covered around 80% of all expenses, including medication and follow-ups. Refunds were deposited into my account within three days of submitting the necessary medical records and bills, with no questions asked. Healthy Paws also follows up with emails to check on Tiana's well-being. Overall, the service has been outstanding. Keep up the great work.

Literal life saver!
ManyPets has been a literal life saver for my family. Our golden boy was diagnosed with cutaneous lymphoma and has racked up so many vet bills over the past 8 months and ManyPets has never disputed a claim or given us a hard time about any of his treatment and we are usually reimbursed within days. Anytime I’ve had to call with questions everyone has been so nice and easy to communicate with. Going through this has been so hard but I’m so so grateful we don’t have to think about the financial part of any of our boy’s treatment and can just focus on doing everything we can to keep him happy and comfortable for as long as possible. The entire point of an insurance company is the payment promise for protection. Period!
Policy completely changed to the benefit of the with the bare minimum notice to me. Apparently I got an email saying that the policy was going to change from $50 off the deductible for every year my pup was healthy (why I choose this plan) to a MAXIMUM of 10% off the premium. Anyone who can do basic math knows that these two numbers are absurdly different. Now, I am grandfathered in by my dog's age but they tell me that I can happily leave!?! I should have been grandfathered in. We are getting treated worse and worse by companies for the sake of stock holders and it has to stop. It has gotten bad that to speak a against it is a political agenda and not because you simply want to be treated like a fellow human. You simply noticed because you "do math good" and found it upsetting. Do not do business with this company. I was told not to, I went for the promo, and look where it got me 3.5 years later. Your pet is a member of the family and with more than shiny discount. If they will do this now, what else will they do is later.

Fetch Is An Excellent Insurance Company, Great Cuatomer Service
When we rescued 2 cats, we thourougly researched pet insurance companies. Fetch wss the most comprehensive and their rates were competive. I was a little hesitant because a few reviews complained about non payment and bad customer service. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I decided to go with Fetch and I am glad I did. One of our cats developed IBD, a serious disease which required expensive proceedures. When I called Fetch, they guided me throurgh the claim proceedures. They encouraged me to make claims on all procedures, even if I thought they may not be covered so I received everything to which I was entitled. The representives, all of whom were pet owners, were curteous and efficient. Fetch kept me inforformed about the progress of the claim. It was approved and I received the check in a timely manner. About a week after I received the check, I noticed that it was about $600 short of what I expected. I went over the animal hospital bill and it was very confusing, listing several amounts, paid, not listing the total amount. I could see where Fetch made the mistake. I called Fetch, was told to submit an addendum to the claim documenting the hospitals confusing book keeping. I received my $600 additional check in a very timely manner. I was reimbursed for EVERYTHING (excess of $2,000) I requested. Fetch is highly reccomended.
