Spot has been amazing for us. We have just gone through, and are still dealing with one of the most traumatic events we have been through with any of our fur babies. I don't like the fact that the coverage doesn't start till 2-3 weeks after payment
I don't like the fact that the insurance doesn't kick in right away. You are made to pay right away but it doesn't start coverage until 2-3 weeks later. 6 days after I got it my dog was injured and I had to pay $10k out of pocket because the insurance didn't start coverage until 2 weeks later.

So thankful I have Fetch Pet Insurance!!
I was told by my daughter how important it was to get pet insurance for my new Labrador puppy Jet. I am so thankful I did and even more so that I chose Fetch pet insurance!! My puppy decided to jump out of my arms while I was driving an ATV and broke his leg. It’s been a long 7 weeks and Fetch has been absolutely terrific in paying for his care. It gave me the ability to get Jet the best of care without worrying about the cost. Customer service has always been very helpful and extremely nice! I spoke with Samantha today and she definitely gets 5 stars!!

My dog suffered from renal dysplasia that was diagnosed when he was just 5 months. I will always be grateful to have had a policy with Pets Best as it allowed us to give him the very best of care throughout his short life without worrying about the cost. His prognosis when diagnosed was just 200-400 days. But because of the care I was able to give him he survived nearly 1000 days and had a wonderful life that was for the most part pain-free. I always tell everyone I know who gets a new pet to purchase a policy from Pets Best. Many tell me it's a waste of money and that they would never need to submit a claim. I tell them if they never submit a claim, they are lucky to have never needed it. But just looking at your dog, you would never know until it is too late. Pets Best always paid my claims cheerfully and without putting me through hoops. The times I called and talked to customer service I talked to empathetic, helpful, and courteous customer service agents. Despite that the amounts of my claims easily exceeded my annual premiums, Pets Best never increased my premium amounts.
My dog received 2 vaccines as followup…
My dog received 2 vaccines as followup to his yearly well visit: Leptospira 4Servovar Vaccine, 1yr and Bordetella Parainfluemza IN 1yr. When I attempted to submit his claim (even though I was clear it was well below the reimbursement level), I found no option to select these vaccines. He is scheduled again for Friday, October 25 to receive another vaccine to complete his well visit. Perhaps I am not using the claim submission correctly? If I am not, clarification would be appreciated.
