I have always had an amazing experience at Olde Towne! Finding someone who you feel comfortable with taking care of your pup can be tough, but Dr. Stelling has gone above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for that. She is professional, passionate, and extremely kind. There's no one else we would rather have than Dr.Stelling and the entire Olde Towne staff.

I find it amazing that this place has the audacity to respond to my Google review using the sympathy card on my pets passing. what is amazing is when I sent them repeated emails about their complete unprofessionalism that they won’t respond to but, when it goes public under a review on Google and Yelp ,!how quickly one likes to cover their tracks. Hopefully any intelligent individuals will see right through your feeble attempt to cover your tracks and will take their loved ones elsewhere for the proper care and attention.

Our beloved pet recently passed away and Olde Towne animal Hospital Doctor we spoke to was rude, unsympathetic and completely unprofessional. After further review of the past history, they neglected to inform us of an issue with a visit...I would never trust them again with any pet of mine ad you should have second thoughts as well!! the nurses and recpt are great but the doctors, not worth writing home about and would not trust them. Best off driving the extra 20 mins to Riverhead. Just really bad people skills.
