Lacking empathy
The customer service representative Giovanni was callous and rude. He tried to pressure us into paying for a plan while in the middle of a medical emergency and instead of taking no for an answer he kept pushing and saying "well what are you going to do the next time your pet is injured." Repeatedly.

So far Embrace is awesome!!
So far, the Embrace support and claims teams have been fantastic! This is my first time submitting a claim for my pet, and the support team was a huge help with all of my questions. It took about 21 days for the claim to go through, which I believe is a fast turnaround! I think I made the correct pick, going with Embrace Pet Insurance!

Our dog was very sick
Our dog was very sick. Had several trips to animal hospital with Ivs a couple times. My claims were filed the same day of submission. Some claims were paid the same day. I would highly recommend Embrace Pet insurance.

27 minute call to see why claim was denied and he still needs more time. Almost 24 hours later, Albert NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK. He threw out a pre-existing date of 2022 with nothing to back it up. I will be canceling this policy since you want to reject a legitimate $700+ hospital bill.
