Pre-Existing Condition? Nope, not us!
We had a new puppy and he went in for stitches because he stepped on glass. Embrace requested medical records from the hospital and they were submitted, but then the claim was denied for a pre-existing condition. How is stepping on glass and needing stitches a pre-existing condition? There was a second incident that was also a freak accident that Embrace deemed pre-existing. I work in a "people hospital" so I do understand what pre-existing means - what this puppy did, did NOT qualify for pre-existing. He was a puppy and just had some happy feet. We never received reimbursement after sending notes and making calls. I am very disappointed and will not refer anyone to use Embrace. I actually canceled the policy last week.

UNBELIEVABLE AND IM SKEPTICAL.
Easy to use, friendly customer service reps, affordable and wow! They covered 75% of a recent visit to pet vet through Tractor Supply!!! Thank You Spot PET Insurance. I feel so much better knowing I can take care of my pet(my baby) if funds are low from paying vets ...., they pay back quick!!!!

Ditto what ALL of the bad reviews have said - don’t skip them because I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if this company wrote their own good reviews. They are liars and cheats and will take all of your money and reimburse you none. Look at how many pets on here have allergies - you’re telling me they were all born with them???? This is a fraudulent insurance company!
