We are extremely disappointed with…
We are extremely disappointed with Embrace’s handling of our claim and will not be recommending this company to anyone. After taking our dog to the vet for an injury to his throat, he was referred for urgent treatment at the ER, which required major draining. Despite this, our claim was denied twice, with Embrace citing a "prior condition." This was not a pre-existing issue, but a new injury that required immediate and critical care. As long-time Geico customers, we expected much better service. The way this claim has been handled has left us frustrated and disillusioned with both Embrace and Geico.

Buddy’s pet Insurance.
This was the first time we have had pet insurance. Our experience was exceptional with our German Shepherd Buddy. We had professional, quick claim response. We lost our dog about three weeks ago and have had such kind compassionate care from the Embrace team. If we should need pet insurance in the future, Embrace will be our choice.

Did respond and explain claim
I submitted several invoices at one time and they were mostly processed quickly. One of them needed clarification because it was part of an existing illness however a 2nd deductible was taken out. I have explained the situation 2 times through the system and have yet to get any response. Update - I was finally contacted and the situation was explained that one claim was a pre-approval and one was the actual charges. Not clear up front - why not use the same claim number?
