Feel at Ease
Both Vets contacted Trupanion while we were in the office with our pet. The response and approval only took a few minutes. We were then free to schedule procedures and know what the cost would be. Very fast and efficient.

Older information that Yasmin explain to me was excellent
Our 6 years old Italian Spinoni dog Ella needed a tooth extracted and teeth cleaning and we were stunned by the bill. Trupanion showed up to help and covered 25% of our bill, $750.81 out of $1893.43.
Ella is feeling so much better. Thank you so much for helping us taking care of our darling Ella.

Maggie R's Hyperthyroidism Treatment
This was the same cat procedure done 4 years ago with Maggie's sister. Back then, the reimbursement process was a "4" ... it sucked. Much better streamlined with the FHTC billing Trupanion directly. I still believe very strongly that after paying monthly as much as I do, the insurance should cover (at least on a percentile basis) those other procedures essential to the full treatment for hyperthyroidism.
