So Thankful for Trupanion
Over the 12 years that our beloved dog was alive, Trupanion has been a great company to work with. I have experienced nothing but outstanding customer service in all aspects of working with Trupanion. I am so grateful that this company was recommended to me when our new puppy needed pet insurance, and to this day, I continue to recommend Trupanion to anyone embarking on raising a new pet. It would be wonderful if people's health insurance companies would be so easy and reliable to work with as has been Trupanion.

Very Disappointing Service
My dog passed away in early January and I was still waiting on the claims that I had submitted. Right after I had to pay for the following month, February, my claims were posted as denied. So, not only were every single one of the medical bills that I had recieved denied. But I was also charged for the following month before being informed of this. This was particularly painful because my dog succumbed to her sickness before any of this occured.
When I called to explain the scenario, we were informed by the representative that maybe I could get a partial refund for February. About a week later, I received notification that this also was denied.
All this to say, I will definitely not be recommending PetsBest to any of my fellow animal lovers and will be warning any one considering pet insurance away from this oarticular company.
Very disappointed with the service offered by PetsBest.

Frankie
I never thought I would be in the vet hospital on New Year’s Eve because my girl Frankie aspirated. She stayed in the hospital for many days. It was so stressful but I can’t thank healthy paws enough for taking the burden away of huge medical bills. They have also reached out numerous times to check on her wholeheartedly.

Nationwide - whole pet and wellness
I can’t say enough good things about Nationwide specifically their whole pet health and wellness plan. If you take care of your animals and take them for their shots and wellness exams and turn in all your claims with the 90% coverage, you can’t go wrong.
The claim process is easy there’s an app within 24 hours of submitting your invoices and claim you get a email confirming receipt and within 24 to 48 hours you get a text message of the refund being issued and within another 24 to 48 hours it’s in your bank account
My one Labrador tore her Achilles tendons at one year of age I was so worried and having the peace of mind of that insurance was a lifesaver. Nationwide covered 90% of her stem cell treatment and rehab. Now she is six years old and she’s really injured her Achilles tendons again. We’re going through treatment and rehab now and once again, I think God for this coverage.
I can’t even imagine having to make a life choice, because the cost of caring for my animal is too much financially
